Purpose of the website

The website presents the financing solutions of BMT Finanziamento and allows users to carry out indicative simulations, submit loan applications and track them through a customer area.

Simulations and applications

Simulations are indicative and do not constitute an offer. Submitting an application does not bind either the applicant or BMT FINANCES. All financing is subject to a creditworthiness assessment, verification of documents and the signature of an agreement, preceded by the provision of pre-contractual information.

Customer area

Users undertake to provide accurate information and to keep their login details confidential. Enabling two-step verification is recommended.

In the event of fraudulent use or breach of these terms, BMT FINANCES may suspend the account.

Uploaded documents

Users guarantee the authenticity of the documents they submit. Documents are used solely to review the application and are kept in accordance with the privacy policy.

Right of withdrawal

For consumer credit agreements, the customer has 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the agreement to withdraw, without penalty and without having to give a reason.

Service availability

The website is accessible 24 hours a day, except for interruptions due to maintenance, updates or force majeure.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the consumer’s country of residence. In the event of a dispute, you may first contact the complaints department and, where appropriate, an alternative dispute resolution body.
